Tank Size: Designed for aquariums measuring 30–46 cm (12–18 inches) wide. This includes many 10–28 L (2.5–7.5 gallon) nano, betta, shrimp, cube, and desktop aquariums. Measure the outside width of your aquarium before ordering.

10-Gallon Tanks: Some cube-style 10-gallon aquariums may fit, but most standard rectangular 10-gallon tanks are approximately 51 cm (20 inches) wide and require the larger HG028-25W model.

Plant Compatibility: Suitable for low-light and many moderate-light plants, including Anubias, Bucephalandra, Java fern, Cryptocoryne, mosses, Banana Plants, Bacopa, Rotala, Ludwigia, Vallisneria, and floating plants.

Fish Compatibility: Suitable for bettas, guppies, Endlers, tetras, rasboras, danios, Corydoras, dwarf gouramis, and other appropriately stocked nano or freshwater community aquariums.

Shrimp & Snail Compatibility: A good choice for planted shrimp and snail tanks. Start with lower brightness in shallow aquariums and increase it gradually.

CO₂: Not required. The light is suitable for low-tech planted aquariums, although CO₂ and balanced fertilization may improve the growth of more demanding plants.

Recommended Schedule: Begin with 6–8 hours of light per day at moderate brightness. Adjust gradually according to plant growth and algae levels.

Best Use: Freshwater planted tanks, betta aquariums, shrimp tanks, nano community tanks, and small aquascapes.

Not Recommended For: Growing photosynthetic corals or use as a dedicated reef light.

Installation: Secure the adjustable brackets on both sides of the aquarium, centre the fixture over the tank, and connect the power adapter while keeping the electrical connection dry.

App Setup: Download the TUYA Smart app, enable Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions, and follow the in-app instructions to add the light.

Care: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, damp cloth and do not intentionally submerge the light, adapter, or electrical connections.

Tip: Begin with the Sunlight or Fishlight scene at moderate brightness. Once you observe how your plants and aquarium respond, create a personalized daily schedule.
