Shipping Days
We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week. This schedule helps ensure most shipments arrive before the weekend.
Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Please note: Couriers do not deliver on weekends.
We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible. While we follow a set schedule, we may ship earlier when possible.
Processing Times
Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order before shipping.
This can take up to 3 business days and is not included in the delivery time.
Example:
If you select Express Shipping (1–2 business days), your order may take up to 5 business days to arrive:
3 business days for processing + 1–2 business days for delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We do our best to ship your order using the most suitable carrier for your location.
Due to Shopify’s current limitations, we primarily use Canada Post and Purolator for express deliveries. However, since we ship live plants, timely delivery is critical.
That’s why we may occasionally use a different carrier at our discretion and without prior notice to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. If this occurs, we will provide full tracking information.

All quoted shipping rates reflect live discounted rates from our carriers, adjusted for any active shipping promotions.
