Live Plants Return
Please note that perishable items, including live plants, are not eligible for return. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below.
Live Plants Refund & Replacement Policy
If any of the following situations occur, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement for your live plants:
An incorrect item was shipped, or items are missing.
The live plant arrived dead.
The live plant was damaged during shipment.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us with photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund or return, just reach out to us! Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the refund, and a photo of the item.
Once we’ve received all the details, we’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
Shipping Fees
If your item is defective, damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, we’ll cover the shipping costs and provide you with a new product.
